Founded 40 years ago, RPM Pizza is the nation’s largest Domino’s franchise. Family owned, it operates 175 stores in five states with over 3,800 employees. RPM Pizza is deeply involved in their local communities raising funds to support local schools, community safety groups, and various cancer awareness and prevention non-profits. From drivers and cooks to management, the RPM staff put great care into everything they touch.
RPM’s Indianapolis franchises were in need of new talent for various open roles across each franchise location. Their previous hiring campaigns were not drawing sufficient response from qualified local prospects.
Following Domino’s national brand guidelines, Digital Ignite created a traffic campaign linking social media, YouTube and programmatic display ads to Domino’s national recruitment center. Our campaign touted higher wages, better benefits, flexible scheduling, and a family-like environment. We also highlighted career opportunities with the potential to build a long-term career within RPM Pizza for everyone from delivery drivers to managers. In addition to our outreach through a strategic channel mix, we included a retargeting effort to keep our campaigns top of mind among our target audiences.
In six weeks, RPM received 332 conversions from the “Apply Now” button on their landing page. They were flooded with qualified applicants and were ecstatic with the campaign’s results. Our ongoing partnership with RPM Pizza ensures that they will remain fully staffed as they continue to receive applications across all positions!
